Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure Beauty Advisors execute the selling model consistently

• Support visual merchandising and sales presentation standards

• Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients on the sales floor

• Assess sales performance and adjust staffing as needed

• Participate in recruiting and talent acquisition processes

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of related retail experience in a similar environment

• Skills in influencing and providing effective peer feedback

• Strong ability to deliver exceptional client service

• Effective time management and problem-solving capabilities

• Capacity to adapt staffing and zoning to meet client needs
