Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee floor merchandising and visual resets

• Process incoming shipments with accuracy

• Partner with department leads for inventory forecasting

• Maintain organized backroom storage systems

• Create customer-friendly visual displays and signage

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in retail merchandising

• Strong knowledge of customer shopping behavior

• Excellent management and communication skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and POS systems

• Capable of lifting 50 lbs and active throughout shifts
