Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a high-performing retail team with a focus on guest experience
• Oversee training and coaching to ensure team excellence
• Manage onboarding and employee experiences from start to finish
• Foster community connections through store events
• Collaborate on business goals and staffing needs
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of retail management experience
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Strong communication and time management abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
