Location: Niagara-on-the-Lake

Your role as a Keyholder involves achieving store objectives and KPIs in partnership with management. Utilize your sales skills and product knowledge to create an inviting shopping experience. The position includes register functions, merchandise strategy support, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet company objectives with the management team
• Lead by example in customer service and sales
• Assist in implementing merchandise strategies for the store
• Drive add-on sales through effective register operation
• Take charge of store operations as Manager on Duty
Requirements:
• Proven experience in retail management roles
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Flexibility to adapt to various retail situations
• Keen interest in fashion with trend awareness
• Capability of managing physical tasks in store
