Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct performance feedback and coaching for associates

• Support the execution of operational action plans

• Assist in onboarding new team members effectively

• Manage inventory duties and store opening/closing tasks

• Create a seamless communication culture on the sales floor

Requirements:

• At least 1 year in a retail apparel or luxury sector

• Recognized for leadership and team motivation

• Competent in POS management and reporting

• Flexible availability for varied shifts

• Committed to a positive customer-focused culture
