As a Sales Associate, you will report to the Store Manager and be key to our mission of authentic customer engagement. We're looking for individuals with retail experience, especially in apparel, to ensure that customer loyalty is enhanced. You'll manage customer inquiries, maintain product presentation, and support store operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate customer relationships to foster loyalty

• Address and resolve customer issues at store level

• Conduct POS transactions and assist with inventory tasks

• Keep store appearance aligned with company standards

• Follow Loss Prevention policies diligently

Requirements:

• Experience in retail, preferably in apparel

• Proven ability to establish and nurture customer relationships

• Familiarity with retail operations and cash management

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Positive, friendly, and proactive approach
