Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) is a role that fits your lifestyle. As a Flexible Staff Associate, you’ll jump in when it matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations.

• Comfortably work a schedule that varies with business needs—including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.
• All other duties as assigned.

Peak hours are defined as evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high‑traffic periods such as promotions or product launches.

• Results‑oriented seller with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a sense of care when engaging with customers.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels.
• Minimum age 18, with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
• Self‑mandate to learn and grow within the role, stepping in during high‑traffic times or special events as needed.

C $18.00 per hour – C $22.50 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Flexible schedule: anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons.
