Lead multiple stores this season as a District Sales Manager at Spirit Halloween. This role involves overseeing store operations, sales, and employee management for an exciting brand.

The District Sales Manager will manage an average of three Spirit Halloween stores from July to November. Applicants should bring at least 2 to 5 years of experience in multi-store supervision, ensuring top-notch sales, payroll efficiency, and exceptional training. Flexibility in scheduling is a must, as the role includes physically demanding tasks such as lifting, climbing, and organizing store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations for three Spirit Halloween stores

• Manage sales, payroll, and employee training

• Recruit and maintain strong employee relations

• Control expenses and reduce operational shrink

• Coordinate construction and tear-down of stores

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of supervisory experience

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Flexible schedule with physical capability

• Experience in retail store operations

• Ability to lift and move 50 pounds
