The ideal candidate must be passionate about developing and building great teams that deliver industry-leading customer service. A solid track record of successful sales and some retail management with a jewellery background would be considered an asset.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Coach, train, and develop a team of sales associates

Understand and strive to exceed all company sales standards

Set goals and motivate the team to achieve results

Control and meet store sales quotas and budgets

Manage schedule and ensure proper staffing levels

Create extraordinary shopping experiences by providing professional sales and service to all customers

Understand and strive to exceed all company sales standards

Maintain and rearrange merchandise displays

Handle minor in-store repairs and jewellery cleaning

Participate in and facilitate our customized training programs

Follow all security and loss prevention procedures

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

Previous management experience is considered an asset

Demonstrated sales excellence

The ability to lead and work as part of a team and promote a positive work culture

Exceptional customer service and communication skills

A desire to build relationships and make connections with our customers

Positivity, integrity, and a professional appearance

The dedication to meet performance targets in a sales-driven environment

Flexibility to work all shifts as required, including evenings and weekends

The wage range for this position is $19.50 - $27.00 based on experience. Total remuneration is based on performance and includes an hourly rate and guaranteed commissions, plus a yearly bonus based on sales levels.
