Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily work and performance of associate-level staff

• Train and coach team members on store procedures

• Supervise department operations and profitability

• Collaborate with leadership on policies and standards

• Resolve any operational problems affecting store quality

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of relevant retail supervisory experience

• High school diploma or GED is preferred

• Skills in Point of Sale (POS) systems

• Effective communication with team and customers

• Flexibility in retail scheduling for peak seasons
