Take the lead as a District Sales Manager with Spirit Halloween, overseeing store performance in a seasonal role from July to November. Manage sales, recruit talent, and ensure operational success across your assigned stores.

As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of store operations. This includes managing employee relations, optimizing payroll, and implementing effective expense controls while coordinating the setup and teardown of stores. Your leadership will make a significant impact on the team’s success this seasonal period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sales initiatives across multiple Spirit stores

• Recruit and train high-performing team members

• Monitor and control store expenses and shrink

• Facilitate store construction and seasonal teardown

• Maintain positive employee relations and morale

Requirements:

• 21 years of age or older

• 2-5 years supervisory experience in retail

• Flexible schedule to accommodate seasonal work

• Physical stamina for over 8 hours of activity

• Capacity to lift and move up to 50 pounds
