Your role will require adapting to different tasks, whether on the sales floor or assisting in the fitting room, while always prioritizing customer satisfaction. Engage with our loyalty program to enhance guest experiences even further.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers using the AEO Selling Model

• Educate on products and fitting options

• Introduce guests to our loyalty program benefits

• Work across various store areas as needed

• Resolve guest queries in alignment with policies

Requirements:

• Passion for engaging with people

• Energetic and multitasking abilities

• Availability for evenings and weekends

• Previous retail experience helpful

• Must be at least 16 years old
