Hot Topic is searching for music enthusiasts to fill the role of part-time Assistant Manager Level 1. You will support the leadership team in creating memorable shopping experiences and assist with daily store operations. Your skills will be vital for training new recruits and ensuring sales targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding shopping experiences to customers

• Cover sales floor and offer leadership support

• Open and close the store as needed

• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales

• Maintain organized stockroom and tidy store

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year retail store experience

• Strong communication and time management skills

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Physical ability to handle up to 50 pounds

• Willingness to assist in theft prevention measures
