RW&CO at Outlet Collection Niagara is seeking a Team Lead on a part‑time basis. You will support store performance, help manage daily operations, and lead a team to deliver a superior customer experience.
You will coach staff, ensure scheduling, cash handling, merchandising, and KPI alignment while staying flexible to evenings, weekends and holidays. High school diploma required; strong fashion sense is a plus.
