Customer Service Front End Clerk

Location: Fort Erie

Deliver exceptional service as a Front End Clerk at a Sobeys franchise location. Engage with customers, package their orders, and maintain a friendly store environment.

In this role, you will provide courteous and professional customer service while packaging orders and addressing customer inquiries. Working independently in a fast-paced setting, you will help create a welcoming atmosphere and contribute to team success. Sanitary practices and merchandising tasks will be key to your daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to meet diverse needs

• Package and carry out orders for customers

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the department

• Merchandise the Front End Department effectively

• Support other departments and functions as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently in a busy environment

• Partial High School education or equivalent
