Location: St. Catharines
Lead guest service and retail operations as a Keyholder with QE Home, using product knowledge and team leadership to support store success.
QE Home seeks a trusted retail leader to assist management with daily store operations and exceptional shopping experiences. You will mentor team members, maintain visual standards, handle transactions, and share accurate product recommendations. The position suits someone passionate about home décor, people, and helping guests find what they love.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist managers in leading teams and achieving store objectives
- Guide, train, and support team members
- Provide personalized service to every guest
- Maintain merchandising and visual standards
- Open, close, restock, and process transactions
- Two or more years of retail or guest service experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to handle keys, cash, and security responsibilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Open availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
