Position: Linde Inside Sales and Sleep Support

Take on the Inside Sales and Sleep Support role at Linde Canada in St. Catharines, ON. This full-time opportunity focuses on customer satisfaction through effective sales and CPAP therapy education.

As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary duties will involve educating clients about CPAP therapy while ensuring proper fitting and equipment supplies.

You'll work with sales targets and collaborate with both the Territory Manager and Sleep Labs. Customer service activities such as processing orders, answering inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction will also be part of your daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate clients on CPAP products and therapy

• Handle client orders via phone and in-person

• Collaborate on achieving sales and margin goals

• Ensure timely completion of government billing forms

• Maintain up-to-date customer information and account handling

Requirements:

• High school diploma with relevant experience

• Demonstrated ability to enhance customer satisfaction

• Strong communication and sales skills required

• Proficient multitasking and time management abilities
