Our retained client, founded in Saint Anns, Canada, is a family-owned and operated farm business with the best new product hitting North America: quail eggs!! They have been growing exponentially YOY for over a decade and are looking for a true Sales Leader to help coach and train their sales team!
Highlights:
Competitive Base + Uncapped Quarterly and Annual Bonuses! (~150k-210k Total Comp Y1!!)
Leading about 6 total sales reps and more to be hired as they grow!
They are already in major retailers such as HEB, Target, and more!
Family-first-oriented company - work hard together to achieve big goals but also comfortable work-life balance
CRM system in place (Hubspot) but innovate directly with leadership and help create sales goals/ fun ideas to motivate the team!
Aiming to hit $50M in revenue in the next 6 years!
Tight-knit team with further room to grow with the company long term!
Looking For:
5+ years of Sales Leadership experience
CPG industry experience preferred but 80% of what they're looking for is the right person/ values
Must be able to go into office 3 days a week in Saint Anns Canada
14 trade shows a year in the US - need a passport
