Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach Admissions team members in achieving targets

• Analyze recruitment strategies using admissions data

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field;
Master’s preferred

• Minimum five years of progressive admissions experience

• Strong knowledge of admissions practices and software

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to lead a diverse team in a collaborative environment
