Salary

$47,000 to 58,000 per year salary (Based on relevant experience and qualifications)

Summer

Hours:

Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Winter

Hours:

Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm and Saturdays 9am to 2pm (1 every 2-3 weeks)

home every night, flexible for appointments, weekends off during summer and employee pricing.

We are seeking a dynamic team player who can assist in coordinating the daily operations of our dealership and maintaining a strong relationship with our customer base. As an Operations Coordinator, the successful applicant will be primarily responsible to ensure daily tasks and parts programs are communicated and met in a timely fashion. You will also be responsible in small unit sales such as power equipment, portable outboards and handheld products.

• Coordinate PDI tasks upon sales and new inventory arrival
• Responding to customer emails, phone calls, text messages and through social media
• Assisting customers with floor sales and inquiries
• Looking up parts in the electronic parts catalogue (microfiche)
• Assisting with receiving, shipping, and returns to vendor
• Processing sales transactions of parts, accessories, and small unit sales
• Assisting with showroom displays and season turnover products
• Marketing through social media posts, website inventory uploads and promotions

• Must be knowledgeable with recreational and marine products that we carry
• Mechanically inclined, general parts knowledge is an asset
• Computer skills, and organization skills is a MUST
• Ability to work in a team environment, ability to lead and train employees is a MUST
• Excellent customer service skills is a MUST
• Bilingual (French and English) is an asset
