Manager of Wealth Partnerships Development

Location: St. Catharines

Lead partnership development in the wealth sector as a Business Development Manager. Engage with strategic partners and enhance client acquisition efforts while enjoying a hybrid work structure.

This full-time role focuses on activating wealth advisors and cultivating strong relationships with financial institutions across Southern Ontario. You will play a crucial part in educating partners about Clear Estate’s offerings and contributing to the design of effective sales strategies. Your expertise will directly impact the quality of experience families have during the estate planning process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and strengthen partner relationships in targeted regions

• Nurture existing connections while generating new ones

• Provide training on Clear Estate’s affordances

• Enable partner engagement through support and resources

• Contribute to product development insights

Requirements:

• Sales/business development experience required

• Familiarity with financial services or insurance a bonus

• Proficient in managing key partnerships and stakeholders

• Professional communication and presentation skills are essential

• Bilingual (English/French) is advantageous
