Position: Healthcare Security Guard Role at Paladin Security

You will be responsible for conducting security rounds, managing entrance access, and responding to emergencies both swiftly and effectively. Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills will be essential in your interactions with staff, patients, and visitors. Accurate reporting of incidents and close cooperation with hospital personnel will be vital for safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular security patrols throughout the hospital

• Manage access to secure areas

• Respond promptly to emergencies and crises

• Resolve any conflicts with professionalism

• Maintain accurate records of security incidents

Requirements:

• Security License valid in Ontario

• Current First Aid & CPR Level C certification

• At least one year of healthcare-related experience

• Must be fluent in English

• Certifications in Use of Force and Management of Aggressive Behavior required
