At TJX Canada, we are seeking a proactive Loss Prevention Store Security Agent. This position involves engaging with customers, monitoring for theft, utilizing advanced CCTV systems, and collaborating with store and regional investigators. The ideal candidate will develop leadership skills while maintaining a secure environment in our vibrant retail setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and engage them in a welcoming manner

• Detect theft and support investigators during apprehensions

• Monitor store activities through CCTV and floor walking

• Collaborate with Organized Retail Crime Investigators

• Report and manage incidents related to theft and loss

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent experience

• Relevant experience in retail loss prevention or security

• Holding a provincial security license (if applicable)

• Valid driver’s license with good driving record

• Age 18 or older for criminal record check
