The Town of Lincoln is inviting applications from motivated individuals eager to fill the role of School Crossing Guard. This position offers flexible Day and Morning shifts and requires no formal education. Ideal candidates will exhibit excellent communication skills, reliability, and good judgment while working outdoors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide children safely across the street
• Monitor traffic and maintain safe crossing conditions
• Communicate safety instructions clearly
• Work outdoors regardless of weather
• Uphold effective safety measures throughout the shift
Requirements:
• Proficient in English
• Strong oral communication abilities
• Dependable and able to exercise good judgment
• Willing to stand for extended periods
• Must possess own safety gear
