Key Responsibilities:

• Assist HR with the onboarding and training process

• Conduct ongoing wellness checks and follow up on concerns

• Oversee housing inspections and coordinate solutions

• Arrange transportation for necessary appointments

• Translate for Spanish-speaking workers as needed

Requirements:

• Bilingual in both Spanish and English

• Valid Ontario “G” Class License required
