Cultural Relationship Manager Position

Location: Niagara Falls

Shape and nurture relationships as a Cultural Relationship Manager, supporting hosts and students in a dynamic environment. Utilize your communication and organizational skills while engaging with diverse stakeholders.

This role requires at least two years of homestay or related experience. You will provide in-person training for hosts and new students, facilitate community engagement, and respond to crises effectively. Your strong judgment and customer service skills will be essential in assisting families and students throughout their program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor relationships with stakeholders and students

• Conduct in-person training sessions for hosts

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and concerns

• Support host families and address crisis situations

• Travel to meet students and families within the local area

Requirements:

• Two years of homestay experience or similar

• Community College Certificate or Diploma

• Strong communication in English, both verbal and written

• Experience in crisis management and event planning

• Must possess a full driver’s license and reliable vehicle
