Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor stakeholder relationships related to homestay services

• Support hosts and students with cultural interpretation

• Plan and deliver training for hosts and new students

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Respond to crisis situations compassionately

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of homestay or relevant experience

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills

• One-year Community College Certificate or Diploma

• Exceptional organizational and customer service skills

• Must be 25 years old and possess a valid driver's license
