Position: Homestay Support Manager Role

Enhance student experiences as a Homestay Support Manager by building strong relationships with families and stakeholders in your community. This role emphasizes cultural understanding and training delivery.

With a background in homestay or related work and at least two years of experience, you will provide support to hosts with training and orientation for new students. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain high organizational standards will enhance the partnership between students and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee stakeholder relationships and issue resolution

• Plan and deliver training for hosts and student orientations

• Keep accurate records of interactions and services provided

• Respond quickly to crisis situations, referring to professionals

• Conduct local travel to support families in the community

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of relevant work experience

• Community College Certificate or Diploma required

• Strong written and verbal English skills

• Familiarity with database management and administration

• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle mandatory
