As an Addiction Services Program Coordinator, you play a vital role in the recovery journey of clients, providing mentorship and fostering an atmosphere of accountability and support. This position emphasizes spiritual growth while assisting clients in personal development and recovery planning. Your oversight ensures a structured program that encourages individual accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide mentorship and track client behaviors and goals

• Teach recovery programs and facilitate engagement

• Create personalized recovery and life plans

• Ensure family communication and support

• Model spirituality and serve as a role model

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in addiction services or social work

• Knowledge of recovery principles and practices

• Strong organizational and communication abilities

• Valid driver’s license and ability to clear Vulnerable Sector
