Position: Parking Operations Leadership Role
Location: Niagara-on-the-Lake

Take charge of parking operations as a Parking Manager at the Tulip Festival. Ensure efficient traffic flow and excellent guest experiences in this outdoor role focused on safety and logistics.

Running from late April to May at the Pick Farm, this role involves overseeing all aspects of parking management. You will lead the parking team, coordinate schedules, and adapt operations based on real-time needs and weather conditions. Clear communication and decisive leadership are essential to handle peak arrival and departure times effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise parking attendants and ensure policy adherence

• Manage traffic flow and parking layouts efficiently

• Coordinate with the General Manager for capacity management

• Communicate operational updates to relevant teams

• Provide end-of-day feedback to leadership

Requirements:

• Must be 18 or older

• Experience in parking or event logistics is essential

• Must be able to work outdoors in varying conditions

• Strong leadership and calm demeanor during busy periods

• Reliable transportation to the site is required
