As a Courier Team Lead, you will support management in optimizing sort, delivery, and pickup activities. With a minimum of two years of courier experience, you will uphold best practices and ensure effective operations.

Your role includes coaching hourly employees while demonstrating exemplary conduct and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.

• Oversee daily sorting and delivery operations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of courier experience

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

• Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs

• Familiarity with Fed Ex operations and Canadian Customs regulations
