Position: HazMat Driver Technician at Republic Services

Drive and transport hazardous materials safely as a Haz Mat Field Driver/Technician with Republic Services. Operate various truck types while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and customer satisfaction.

This position involves operating straight trucks and tractor-trailers for transporting hazardous and non-hazardous waste. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate logs, ensuring load securement, and performing DOT inspections. You will also be required to use company technologies and maintain a clean working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate trucks including tankers and box trucks

• Perform LTL pickups efficiently

• Maintain driver documents and vehicle inspections

• Ensure HAZMAT load accuracy and placarding

• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

• Class AZ Commercial Driver’s license with relevant endorsements

• Skilled in using hand and shop tools

• Attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to prioritize diverse responsibilities
