Location: Fort Erie
Airbus Helicopters Canada Ltd. is looking for a skilled Helicopter Pilot based in Fort Erie. This role emphasizes flight safety, operational adaptability, and collaboration across teams.
As an integral part of the Airbus team, the Helicopter Pilot will oversee flight operations across Canada and the USA. Key tasks include conducting maintenance test flights, training customers, and providing technical guidance. The position demands the ability to travel on short notice and adapt to spontaneous scheduling changes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct maintenance test flights for compliance and safety
• Perform flight tests and troubleshooting for system evaluation
• Support customer deliveries and major alterations
• Execute flight test programs and document results
• Review technical documentation before flight operations
Requirements:
• Transport Canada Commercial Helicopter License and Class 1 Medical
• Minimum of 2,000 total helicopter flight hours
• 500 hours as Pilot in Command and 1,000 turbine hours
• Proven experience in multi-engine helicopters
• Willingness to travel across North America
