Location: St. Catharines
Become a Seasonal Courier with Fed Ex Canada for a 12-week temporary position. Deliver and pick-up packages efficiently while maintaining a professional image and great customer service.
This position is ideal for individuals with a customer service background seeking experience. You will also be responsible for inspecting packages, planning delivery routes, and operating tracking systems. Weekend availability is a must as you contribute to Fed Ex’s service commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely pick-up and delivery of packages
• Inspect shipments conforming to service features
• Load van safely and plan effective routes
• Seek additional business and inform sales of leads
• Answer customer inquiries about services
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• No experience required, customer service preferred
• G Class driver’s license required
• Bilingual in French and English if in Quebec
• Willingness to work varying shifts
