Warehouse Team Lead at Henry Schein

Lead outbound operations as a Warehouse Team Lead at Henry Schein's Niagara-on-the-Lake facility. Ensure timely and accurate shipping while supporting a dedicated team in a collaborative environment.

In this full-time, onsite role, you’ll support the Distribution Centre Supervisor by coordinating workflow and overseeing daily warehouse operations. With 3–5 years in a fast-paced logistics environment, you’ll leverage your leadership skills to foster team development and maintain productivity throughout your shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily outbound operations and assign work tasks

• Actively participate in warehouse activities while coaching team members

• Identify and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks

• Support training for new Team Schein Members

• Promote a safe and organized warehouse environment

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics experience

• Previous leadership experience preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to use warehouse management systems

• Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs throughout the shift
