Salary Range: $45,000.00 To $50,000.00 Annually

The Position  We are seeking a reliable and organized  Warehouse Coordinator  to join our team in Grimsby, Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing job orders, maintaining warehouse operations, delivering materials to job sites, and supporting inventory management. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Role and Responsibilities:

Deliver parts and materials to job sites in a safe and timely manner
Pick parts and assemble job orders within a shop environment
Ensure all job orders are accurate, complete, and prepared on schedule
Operate company vehicles and trailers to transport larger parts and equipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Assist with inventory organization, stock control, and general warehouse housekeeping
Load and unload materials as required
Follow company health and safety policies and procedures
Support other warehouse and operations activities as assigned
Qualifications and

Education Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1-3 years experience in a similar position
Clear driver’s abstract and ability to be added to company insurance policy, required
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent team player, organizational skills and ability to multi task
Ability to work Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work shifts between 7:00am - 5:00pm
