Location: Welland

This key leadership role encompasses oversight of the warehouse team and operations, ensuring adherence to safety and efficiency standards. With a background in warehousing, you'll manage Oracle ERP systems and implement best practices to optimize processes and work collaboratively with your team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership to warehouse and logistics staff
• Manage inventory initiatives and conduct cycle counts
• Resolve issues affecting material flow and cycle times
• Maintain and enhance operational processes within compliance
• Lead training, coaching, and performance reviews of team members
Requirements:
• 5+ years in warehousing or logistics
• Post-secondary degree in engineering or related field
• Experience with Oracle ERP and warehouse management systems
• Certified in Six Sigma or LEAN improvement practices
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
