Northwest Colorado Health is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide with the passion and skills to deliver high quality healthcare. We have been providing Home Health and Hospice services for more than thirty years. Today, you will join a healthcare organization and staff in two counties providing skilled, compassionate and personalized care in the home. We have high expectations for you as a Certified Nurse Aide. We need you to:

• Provide supportive care, skilled personal care, and homemaking services to patients in their home and/or designated facility consistent with agency policies.
• Accomplish job duties in a timely, safe, and professional manner under the Colorado Board of Nursing guidelines.
• Be responsible for client satisfaction in care received.
• Be dependable to client and agency in both providing and documenting services.

We offer a salary that meets market values for the Colorado area and is based on experience. The salary range for this part-time, 20 hour a week position located in Moffat and Routt Counties is $15.62-$25.00 and is eligible for Paid Time Off and our 403(b) Retirement Plan.
