Be responsible for the successful operation and profitability of the dairy/frozen department as well as training, directing and monitoring all department staff;
Order for the dairy/frozen department, including deli and meat, and maintain accurate inventory levels;
Manage margin, COGs and overall department profitability;
Train and monitor department personnel;
Assist in interviewing and hiring for department needs.
