Gravity Haus is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Kitchen Steward. The ideal candidate maintains a positive attitude and is driven to provide outstanding customer experiences.

• Ability to operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, and flat‑top grill.
• Appreciates and commits to the outdoors, sustainability, and personal growth.
• Authorized to work in the US for any employer.

• Bus tables and ensure cleanliness of the dining area.
• Position regularly involves lifting, pushing and pulling, and bending.
• Maintain 80% mobility during the shift; 10% continuous standing.
• Clean and inspect kitchens and food service areas, ensuring a neat, clean, and organized work area throughout and following service.
• Communicate with cooks and managers regarding needs and maintenance issues.
• Ensure consistent execution of service standards.
• Cultivate friendships within the Gravity Haus community.
• Communicate efficiently with all Gravity Haus divisions to create a memorable guest experience.
• Provide a genuine and elevated guest experience with a community focus, sustainable approach, and driven attitude.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the executive chef, back, and front‑of‑house managers.

Education and Experience:

1 year food & beverage experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to regularly perform motions such as lifting, pushing, pulling, and bending.
• Ability to perform at 80% mobility and 10% continuous standing during the shift.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Salary: $20.00–$22.00 / hour
