Gravity Haus is looking for an energetic and outgoing Host. The ideal candidate maintains a positive attitude and is driven to provide outstanding customer experiences.

• Welcome all guests and ensure they are given responsive, professional and gracious service at all times.
• Seat guests based on preferences and under the direction of the management team, balancing guest flow to maximize covers in the dining room.
• Accommodate special seating requests whenever possible and ensure accessibility for guests with disabilities.
• Use Open Table system to facilitate reservations and guest placement.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment; keep all service stations and areas organized at all times.
• Communicate pertinent information to a Manager promptly to respond to guest needs and provide top‑level service.
• Participate in staff meetings, ask questions, stay informed about menu and wine updates, and contribute suggestions for improvement.
• Ensure equipment is clean, in excellent working condition, and meets the restaurant’s preventative maintenance programs.
• Manage time and resources efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Perform guest restroom quality checks frequently during service.
• Be available to fill in as needed to keep restaurant operations smooth and efficient.
• All other duties as assigned.

Salary: $15.00 plus tips.
