- Prep Cook
. The ideal candidate maintains a positive attitude and is driven to provide outstanding customer experiences.

• You have at least one year of culinary experience.
• You have the desire and ability to learn entry-level cooking—and perhaps beyond!
• You’re reliable and love a fast-paced work environment.
• You are able to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• You have basic culinary knowledge or are eager and willing to learn.
• You have proficient knife skills or the ability and desire to learn.
• You love to create positive guest experiences both in the kitchen and throughout the hotel.
• You have an appreciation for and commitment to the outdoors, sustainability, and your own personal growth.
• You are authorized to work in the United States.

• Prepare meal ingredients as directed by the executive chef or sous chefs.
• Prepare fresh produce by peeling, cutting, and portioning.
• Prepare simple dishes such as breads or salads.
• Mix or prepare condiments, dressings, and sauces.
• Maintain compliance with applicable health, safety, food handling, and hygiene codes and standards.
• Assist with unloading, inspection, and storage of raw ingredients and supplies.
• Be an ambassador for Gravity Haus, sharing our mission and vision to build our globally conscious community for modern adventurers.
