Overview

Gravity Haus is looking for enthusiastic, hospitality-driven Baristas to bring warmth, precision, and energy to every guest interaction. You’ll serve incredible coffee while building meaningful moments that fuel our Gravity Haus Members and guests for the day’s adventures.

• Welcome each guest with genuine warmth and a can-do attitude
• Prepare and serve espresso drinks, pour-overs, teas, and seasonal specialties
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, equipment, and customer spaces
• Answer guest questions, take orders, and provide recommendations with confidence
• Create a memorable, efficient experience for all Gravity Haus guests and Members
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to keep guests and teammates safe
• Jump in to help with restocking, dishes, and side work when needed
• Represent Gravity Haus and Unravel Coffee as a brand ambassador and cultural steward

• 1+ years of experience in customer service
• 1+ year barista experience preferred

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 50 pounds

Salary: $15.00/hour, plus tips
