We’ve got your back with total support to help you close leads — 7 days a week, nights, and weekends. Our crew has the experience and knowledge to get those deals closed and help you dominate.

• Source your own leads and build a strong network of referral partners.
• Make a high volume of outbound calls and engage with prospects to convert them into opportunities.
• Participate in after-hours outreach as needed to support closing goals.
• Collaborate with the team to maximize loan origination and close rates.
• Represent the company professionally and build lasting relationships with clients and partners.

• “Whatever it takes” mindset to smash goals and demonstrate knowledge of the mortgage industry.
• Grit, tenacity, and the willingness to work beyond traditional hours when needed.
• Ability to handle high call volumes (e.g., 15, 30, 40, or more calls per day) and numerous outreach activities (open houses, etc.).
• Coachability and a team-oriented approach to performance improvement.
