Kenniscentrum Sociaal Domein zoekt een Projectleider Wmo om de toegang tot het sociaal domein te versterken en toekomstbestendig in te richten. Je richt je op dienstverlening, werkprocessen en uitvoering van het Wmo-team en vertaalt analyses naar concrete verbeteringen voor inwoners en medewerkers.
Je voert analyses uit, ontwikkelt en implementeert verbeterplannen en adviseert over structurele oplossingen bij het implementeren van contracten.
