Partners voor Jeugd in Steenwijk zoekt een Jeugdhulpverlener die gezinnen en kinderen ondersteunt bij diverse hulpvragen. Je werkt zelfstandig, waarbij je altijd kunt terugvallen op een betrokken team van collega's.
Je begeleidt pleeggezinnen en biedt ambulante hulpverlening aan in de regio Noord-Oost. Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding en relevante registratie zijn essentieel voor deze rol.
De functie biedt een dienstverband van 28 tot 32 uur per week en de mogelijkheid tot thuiswerken.
