40 makes software for running an operation, from Steinbach, Manitoba. The Singularity is one platform that pulls an operation's data into a single working model, with AI on top of it that knows how the place actually runs. Our customers are manufacturers, food and beverage producers and aerospace suppliers. One of them runs 19 facilities on a single installation.

This role is based in our Steinbach office. mode
40 is remote-first, with an office in Steinbach for the people who want one. Everyone here has access to everyone from day one: if you need the CEO, you talk to the CEO rather than waiting for a meeting invite.

• Dig through a customer's production data for the losses nobody has named yet
• Build the analysis that turns a hunch into a case a plant manager will act on
• Support the implementation team through deployment and the first months after
• Keep the record of what improved and what it was worth

• Two or more years in an analytical role, ideally touching a production environment
• Strong with data and stronger at explaining what it means to someone who is not
• You are suspicious of a number before you are impressed by it
• Continuous improvement, Lean or Six Sigma exposure is a bonus
