Sparkrock seeks a Director of Professional Services to manage a $3–5M portfolio and ensure optimal delivery quality. Oversee a diverse team, safeguarding client relationships while navigating budgeting and performance management. Your leadership will be pivotal in reshaping delivery processes and achieving financial milestones in professional services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own P&L for $3–5M client portfolio
• Oversee ERP/SaaS implementation projects
• Lead and develop Professional Services team
• Act as senior escalation point for key customers
• Identify delivery and financial risks early
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Business, IT, or related field
• 10-15 years in professional services or project management
• 3-5 years in leadership roles within Professional Services
• Proven track record managing P&L and client relations
• Based in Canada with travel flexibility
