Position: Full-Time Nurse Practitioner at Rest Haven
Elevate resident care as a Nurse Practitioner at Rest Haven Care Home. This permanent, on-site position focuses on applying nursing theory and critical thinking to enhance the health of residents.

The Nurse Practitioner will report to the Director of Resident Care and play a vital role in advancing long-term care principles. Key skills include advanced nursing knowledge, effective communication, and collaborative practice. You will manage both emergent needs and routine priorities effectively while ensuring ethical, resident-focused care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply nursing theory for resident health improvement

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

• Assess and prioritize resident concerns independently

• Deliver ethical care with informed consent principles

• Maintain organizational policies and values adherence

Requirements:

• Active registration on RN Extended Practice Register

• Two years of clinical nursing experience preferred

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate required

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Valid Class 5 driver's license and insurance required
