The ideal candidate will have a Minimum Matric with Mathematics as a subject (Accounting would be an added advantage) coupled with at least 4 years’ experience as a Creditors Clerk in a related construction / tool hiring / building materials environment.
A tertiary qualification in Accounting will be an added advantage.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Processing creditors and codes
- Creditors reconciliations
- Managing creditors documentation, credits and discounts
- Preparations of creditors, supplier and overhead payment
- General office administration.
- Minimum:
Matric with Maths as a subject (Accounting would be an added advantage) - Min 4 years’ experience as a Creditors Clerk in a related construction / tool hiring / building materials environment.
- A tertiary qualification in Accounting will be an added advantage.
- Fully computer literate – Ms Excel and prior experience on a computerised accounting package, preferably Build Smart.
- Accurate, meticulous and organised.
- Stay in close proximity of Stellenbosch.
